Conditions of Booking and Insurance:

All lessons have to be paid for at the time of booking, in cash or by stating your credit card details. Exceptions can only be granted by Adventure in writing. Cancellations of bookings for a full week have to be made with at least 48 hours notice, for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice we charge 50%, with less than 24 hours notice we have to charge in full. Cancellation of bookings for less than a week have to be made with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise we charge the full booking.

No refund will be given in case of a client’s late arrival. The instructor will wait only 30 minutes at the meeting point after the meeting time. No refund will be given in case of illness (except testified by a medical doctor) or bad weather conditions or partial closure of the skiing area. Our instructors work in any weather conditions that they consider acceptable for lessons.

Should no transport facilities be available due to bad weather, Adventure will refund the full lesson fee.

Adventure Zermatt is not responsible for client insurance and rejects any liability for accidents during lessons or their consequences. We recommend highly that our clients purchase accident, rescue and holiday cancellation insurance. Clients are also fully responsible for their equipment (especially the binding!). It is our policy not to instruct children under the age of 14 if they are not wearing a helmet. Zermatt is a highly mountainous area. So we expect persons participating in our sports activities to be bodily and mentally fit. Participants must strictly follow the security rules of the International Ski Federation (FIS) and the instructions of our qualified teaching staff. With participation in Adventures’ activities, our guests confirm to have taken notice of these conditions. The legal relationship between clients and Adventure is governed by Swiss Law. For any complaint against Adventure, Zermatt is the place of jurisdiction.

Alle Lektionen sind bei Buchung im Voraus zu bezahlen, in Bar oder per Kreditkarte. Ausnahmen können von Adventure nur schriftlich gewährt werden. Buchungen für eine gaze Woche müssen spätestens 48 Stunden vor Kursbeginn storniert werden, um eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises zu erhalten. Bel einer Stornierung 24 h vor Kursbeginn werden 50% des Kaufpreises berechnet, bel Stornierungen am Kurstag wird der volle Betrag geschuldet. Kürzere Lektionen können bis spatestens 24 h vor Kursbeginn storniert werden, sonst wird die Buchung zu 100% berechnet.

Erscheint der Kunde zu spät zum vereinbarten Termin, wird ebenfalls der volle Preis erhoben. Die/der Lehrer/in wartet 30 Minuten am vereinbarten Treffpunkt. Es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung im Krankheitsfall (ausser es liegt ein Arztzeugnis vor), bei schlechtem Wetter oder teilweiser Einstellung von Transportanlagen im Skigebiet. Unsere Lehrkräfte unterrichten be jeden Wetterbedingungen, sofern diese von Adventure als unterrichtstauglich erachtet werden. Ist der Betrieb aller Bergbahnen eingestellt, wird die Buchung zurückerstattet.

Adventure Zermatt st nicht verantwortlich für die Versicherung der Teilnehmer. Adventure lehnt jede Haftung bei Unfällen während des Unterrichts und für Folgen daraus ab. Wir empfehlen den Kunden dringlich, sich selber gegen Unfall, Nothilfe und eine Ferienstornierung abzusichern. Unsee Gäste sind ebenso selber verantwortlich für hr Material (etwa die Einstellung ihrer Skibindungl). Für Kinder unter 14 Jahren verlangen wir, dass sie im Unterricht einen Schutzhelm tragen. Zermatt ist hochalpines Gelände. Deshalb setzt Adventure bei den Teilnehmern sportlicher Angebote körperliche und geistige Fitness voraus. Die Teilnehmenden haben sich auch strike an die Sicherheitsregeln der FIS und die Anweisungen der dafür ausgebildeten Lehrkräfte zu halten. Mit der Teilnahme an Angeboten von Adventure erklärt jeder Gast die Kenntnisnahme dieser Bestimmungen. Das Rechtsverhältnis von Kunden zur Adventure Zermatt GmbH untersteht der Schweizerischen Gesetzgebung. Gerichtsstand bei Klagen ist Zermatt.
